Defective/Faulty items are classified as items that mechanically malfunctioned NOT as a result of user error, which is classified as damage from the result of the user dropping, spilling, or in some way altering the original state of the product.

All returns must be in its original packaging. Please pack the defective items carefully to protect them from damage during shipping and post with reliable post method which offers tracking numbers. We are not liable for damage or lost during the shipment back to us.
