All new mobile phones, smart devices and accessories sold by POP PHONES carry the full manufacturer’s warranty.

As not all warranties are identical, we encourage you to carefully read and check the warranty that applies to your purchase. In most cases, you will find that the manufacturer promises to cover all mechanical and electrical faults and malfunctions, excluding any physical or liquid damage resulting from the product being dropping, spilt on or in some way altered from its original state.

When making a claim under the warranty, you must return the purchase to POP PHONES in its original packaging. As we are not liable for any damage or loss during the shipment back to us, we strongly encourage you to pack the defective items carefully to protect them from damage during shipping and use a reliable postal or courier service that offers tracking numbers.

If your purchase was sent to you and was either damaged in transit or was dead on arrival, please contact us immediately, ideally on the same day, and provide full package details, along with photos of the damaged item. We will investigate and respond as soon as possible.
